Please join us in congratulating David Strain on passing the highly challenging Class IV Wastewater Treatment Operator exam! This exam is known for its extreme difficulty, designed to test an operator's advanced knowledge and expertise in wastewater treatment. To even qualify for the exam, an operator must have at least six years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment - making this accomplishment even more impressive.

David, your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence have truly paid off. This is a remarkable achievement, and we are incredibly proud of you!
Congratulations on your well-deserved success!
