MHPR and ActiveNet Software Integration

- Click the link posted above or scan the QR code.
- Select Sign In/Up.
- Enter your email address, then select Next.
- Enter the name and date of birth for the main contact (parent) and choose a strong password.
- Fill out the form, review the terms of use, and select Next.
- Enter your address and phone number, and either:
- Select Create Account and Add Family Member to add people to your account.
- Select Create Account to finish. Family Members can be added later.
- Check your email to activate your account; you may need to check the Junk/Spam folder.
- Select the Activate Now button within the email. Your account is now ready to use.
Those who are already members of the LC Sammons Youth Center:
When logging in, you may find that your email is already in the system. Please select "Change Password" and check your emails. This way, you can gain full access to ActiveNet.
